Tracey McCillen, Chief Executive
Contact me at tracey.mccillen@mkhp.co.uk

I joined MKHP at the end of January 2020, and following a transition phase took over the role on 1st April. I’m an experienced CEO, with over 25 years in national and international sport and disability. (Activity to Paralympic sport).
I’m an experienced Chair and Trustee with an active portfolio here in the UK and overseas and have led organisations through governance change. I read law at the University of London and am a qualified Barrister. Other current roles include Tactic Connect (Associate Consultant), the CRISTAL programme at De Montford University (Visiting Fellow), and a DMU External Examiner for a number of law and sport based degree modules. Equality, equity and diversity drive my approach as does giving a platform to those that ordinarily struggle to have their voices heard. I encourage change through collaborative approaches and finding proportionate and practical solutions.
Other experiences include working in the commercial sector in advertising, property and media. I’m a passionate advocate for disability equality and rights, good governance and enabling people to succeed. My interests include swimming, Gaelic hurling, reading, performing (vocalist), politics and Egyptology. I am delighted to take on this role and look forward to working with you to achieve real and lasting change with, and for, the people of Milton Keynes.
Kate Mundle, Programme Manager
Contact me at kate.mundle@mkhp.co.uk

My name is Kate Mundle and I am the Programme Manager at MKHP. I have worked as a senior executive and management consultant for both private and not-for-profit sector organisations working on multiple assignments from project management to business development.
My strength lies in designing and managing business operations and strategies and I am always looking for ways to innovate and improve through collaboration and diverse thinking. I live in London with my husband, our two daughters and our much-loved dog Harvey.
“I am focussed on delivering MKHP’s 6 strategic priorities and am grateful to be working with an amazing team of talented people determined to end homelessness in Milton Keynes and achieve sustainable homes for all.”
Nicola Shaffer, Finance & Admin Manager
Contact me at nicola.shaffer@mkhp.co.uk

My name is Nicola Shaffer and I am the Admin & Finance Manager for MKHP.
Before taking on this role, I previously worked as an Business Analyst in the Life Assurance & Pensions sector before leaving to look after my family: my husband and our 4 beautiful children, Katie, Oscar, Isobel and Hugo.
Last year I was approached with an opportunity to work within MKHP in supporting their mission to end homelessness in MK. Since I started the role in April 2019 I have used my skillset to work towards making that a reality. I’ve learnt so much about myself and the issues that the homeless and vulnerable face with MK.
This role requires me to be a good communicator, work well as a team, be meticulous with numbers and extremely well organised which is definitely one of my strengths - some even say I should make a career out of it!
Sam Hall, Fundraising and Communications Manager
Contact me at sam.hall@mkhp.co.uk

My name is Sam Hall and I am happily (well most of the time! ;) married to my childhood sweetheart Andy, and we have 2 gorgeous kids called Matthew (age 12) and Mia (age 10).
Having enjoyed several fundraising and team manager roles in local Christian charities, my focus changed to homelessness as an issue, right on my doorstep, when a homeless gentleman called George, passed away in front of me outside my church.
Since then I have got involved with the local Winter Night Shelter MK at a frontline and fundraising level, as well as more recently (September 2019) taking up this amazing strategic role of fundraising and communications at Milton Keynes Homelessness Partnership, which completely fits my natural strengths of: being an Includer, Communication, Positivity, Strategic and Woo.
I am loving being able to work strategically with our MKHP partners, with the ultimate aim of ending homelessness in Milton Keynes.
Homelessness is a complex problem with many facets, but I truly believe every person deserves a place to call and feel safe in their home.
Linda Harrison, Welfare Therapist
We would also like to welcome the newest addition to our Team, Welfare Therapist Linda Harrison.
